 An eco-friendly approach to urban residential infill, three detached dwelling units unfold along a gentle down slope to the rear of the property. Individual private gardens separate each of the units and help reinforce a strong indoor/outdoor connection for the occupants. Tall volume spaces are light-filled through a variety of large windows, light wells and skylit spaces. Units are topped with roof decks that provide extended views of the city.
