Formally an animation studio in Hollywood, this major remodel respected the building’s exterior heritage while introducing creative environment for a digital TV production company tenant.  Reworking from the outside in, a new illuminated entry path provides access to a private reception entry space.  Playful, industrial sky lit interiors characterize the sequence of spaces throughout.  Undertaken as a collaboration with Shubin+Donaldson Architects, this major renovation included executive offices, conference rooms, production spaces an equipment rooms.
