This interior remodel focused on heightening existing vertical volumes and connecting more directly to expansive views of the city.  A new signature stair combining spiral and straight run features with glass guardrails was introduced as part of the refashioning of interior spaces. Sloped ceilings provide drama and help to focus visual panoramas that extend from indoors to out. Operable windows and mechanized shades help to balance natural day lighting and cross ventilation opportunities while also allowing for hot air exhaust and solar protection on the south face of the unit.The upper level hosts a sitting area and two adjacent outdoor decks to enjoy the Southern California evenings.
